  1. QSWAP Memory Swapping version:

  3. QSWAP performs exactly as QSWITCH does, except it only requires
  4. 7K of memory to remain resident. QSWAP does this by swapping
  5. part of the program to Disk, EMS, or XMS memory. When you press
  6. the Hot Key, the currently running program is swapped for the
  7. rest of QSWAP and the QSWAP menu is displayed. Once QSWAP is
  8. done, the original program is reloaded and you can continue
  9. where you left off.

  11. Because of the programming swapping you need to take some
  12. precautions to prevent problems.

  14.   1. Do not load QSWAP high with LOADHI or LH.
  15.   2. QSWAP must be loaded after NETX.
  16.   3. You should not popup QSWAP when running an active Modem
  17.      communications program.
  18.   4. QSWAP may conflict with programs that run in protected mode.
  19.  
  20. Try QSWAP, if everything works OK, fine. If not then you should
  21. probably use QSWITCH instead.
